• Applying this effect does not start a chain.

• This effect can be negated (by Debris Dragon / Junk Synchron / Skill Drain).

• If Tuningware’s Level is changed, it can still apply this effect.

• The mandatory Trigger Effect activates & resolves in the GY.

• This effect can activate when Eccentric Boy uses this card as Synchro Material from the hand.

• This effect can’t activate if the Synchro Summon is negated (by Black Horn of Heaven).

① If this card is used for a Synchro Summon, you can treat it as a Level 2 monster. ② If this card is sent to the Graveyard for a Synchro Summon, draw 1 card.
