Card Rulings¶
The only way you can Special Summon this card is via its own procedure. Even if it was initially summoned that way, you still can’t summon it with card effects.
If one target leaves the field before this resolves, the other is still destroyed.
This effect must target exactly 2 cards. It can’t target only 1 card.

Card Rulings¶
Removing 1 Thunder-Type monster from play is a cost to activate this effect.
“Batteryman Industrial Strength’s” effect cannot be activated unless there is at least 1 monster and at least 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field.
If an effect is chained that removes one of the targets from the field, the remaining target is destroyed.
