Card Text¶
① Once per turn, during your Main Phase, if you control this monster on the field, you can equip it to your “Freezing Beast” as an Equip Card, OR unequip the Union equipment and Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position. ② While equipped to a monster by this card’s effect, each time the equipped monster inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, destroy 1 face-up Spell or Trap Card on the field. Ⓒ (1 monster can only be equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time. If the equipped monster is destroyed as a result of battle, destroy this card instead.)
Card Rulings¶
You may use the effect of “Burning Beast” to destroy a Spell or Trap Card on your side of the field.
If a monster equipped with “Burning Beast” attacks your opponent’s Life Points directly, and “Robbin’ Goblin” is the only face-up Spell or Trap Card on the field, the turn player chooses whether to resolve “Robbin’ Goblin”‘s effect first or resolve “Burning Beast”‘s effect first. If the effect of “Burning Beast” is resolved first and destroys “Robbin’ Goblin”, then “Robbin’ Goblin“‘s effect is not applied because it is a Continuous Trap Card that is no longer in play.
