Card Rulings

This is an optional Quick Effect.

  • It is not a mandatory effect.

  • It can chain to the activation of any type of Spell Card.

This effect can be used in the Damage Step.

  • This effect can be used in the Damage Step even if Maryokutai is attacking or being attacked.

  • This effect can not be used in Substeps 5, 6, or 7, if Maryokutai was destroyed in Battle.
