• The effect of “Summon Cloud” does not target.

• When you activate “Summon Cloud”, you can’t yet Special Summon a “Cloudian” monster. After “Summon Cloud” resolves, you can activate its effect to Special Summon a “Cloudian” monster in a separate Chain.

• The effect of destroying “Summon Cloud” is applied after Special Summoning the “Cloudian” monster and does not begin another Chain.
