Card Rulings¶

• Since this card can’t be used as Fusion Material, you can’t Summon Chimeratech Fortress Dragon using another copy of it as material.

• You can always use face-down monsters you control as Fusion Material (but not ones your opponent controls).

• You can’t use Tokens as Material for this card.

• If this card’s effect is negated, its ATK becomes 0 (permanently)

Card Text¶

“Cyber Dragon” + 1 or more Machine-Type monsters* *Ⓒ This monster cannot be used as a Fusion Material monster. Ⓢ You can only Special Summon this card from your Extra Deck by sending the above cards from either side of the field to the Graveyard. (You do not use “Polymerization”.) ① The original ATK of this card is equal to 1000 x the number of Fusion Material Monsters used to Special Summon it.

Card Rulings¶

• The Ⓒ Condition is not an effect. It cannot be negated by “Skill Drain”.

• This Ⓢ Special Summon does not start a chain.

  • Once properly Special Summoned, this card can be Special Summoned by “Call of the Haunted”.

  • This card CANNOT be Special Summoned while “Vanity’s Fiend’s” effect applies, even if “Vanity’s Fiend” is a Machine-Type (by “DNA Surgery”).

  • This card CANNOT be Special Summoned while “Dimensional Fissure” prevents monsters from being sent to the Graveyard.

  • This card CAN be Special Summoned by sending face-down Fusion Material Monsters you control.

  • This card CAN be Special Summoned by sending to the Graveyard a face-up “Cyber Dragon” that is equipped to “Relinquished” (since its name is specifically listed).

  • This card CANNOT be Special Summoned by sending to the Graveyard a Machine-Type monster(s) equipped to “Relinquished” (since monsters being treated as Equip Spell Cards do not have Types).

• The ① Continuous Effect determines this card’s ATK.

  • If “Skill Drain” is active, this card’s ATK becomes “0” (even if “Skill Drain” is negated / destroyed).

  • If this card is flipped face-down / leaves the field, its ATK becomes 0 when it is face-up again.
